You can download your results in a PDF file by logging into your online candidate account and clicking on «View Results» on your homepage. We recommend that you print a copy of your results for your own records. The New York State Board of Law Examiners entered into reciprocal agreements to allow candidates to transfer scores from the Bar`s Distance Admission Examination, held on October 5 and 6, 2020. Applicants who have not met the October 6, 2021 deadline to file their leave application with the Appeal Division may apply to the Court of Appeal for a waiver under rule 520.14 of the Court of Appeal (see www.nycourts.gov/ctapps/admattrnyfaq.htm#Section1). RECIPROCITY FOR THE TRANSFER OF POINTS OBTAINED FOR THE BAR DISTANCE ADMISSION EXAM ON OCTOBER 5 AND 6, 2020: Note: The TAT identification number for the 2022 LAT is a 9-digit number starting with 22- – -. To access your LAT scores and ID number, you can log in to your candidate account online to view your test registration. The test data below will change depending on the region you select here. When submitting your application to UAC, you must use your LAT ID number for LAT 2022. You can only enter one LAT ID number into the UAC system, whether or not you have taken the test twice. For security reasons, results will not be sent by e-mail or fax, and details will not be communicated by telephone. This serves to protect the confidentiality of candidates.
Your outcome statement includes a single report score between 0 and 100 and a band of percentiles that indicates your performance relative to all other candidates who participated in the LAT in 2022. There is no pass or fail score for the LAT. UNSW Sydney will consider your LAT scores and academic scores (ATAR or equivalent) in the selection process. The ATAR or equivalent is combined with the LAT result on a sliding scale, so those with a very high ATAR or equivalent need a lower LAT value and those with a lower ATAR or equivalent need a higher LAT value. To be considered for admission to UNSW Sydney Law in 2023, you must apply via UAC and specify UNSW Law & Justice as your preference. NOTICE TO CANDIDATES WHO HAVE ALREADY WITHDRAWN OR WHO DID NOT SIT FOR THE BAR EXAM Candidates with multiple resignations may apply for a future exam without first petitioning the jury. However, if the candidate withdraws or does not appear, the Régie may, at its discretion, require the candidate to submit an application before requesting a subsequent examination. See Council Rule 6000.9(b)(3) and the Bar Examination Information Guide. What if I also took the 2021 LAT and get a higher score? 3) Any candidate who obtained in 2018 a J.D. diploma. an ABA-approved law school that has served for a previous UBE administration but has passed no more than one previous bar exam in a U.S. jurisdiction; and LAT scores are valid for two years. If you passed the LAT in 2021 and find yourself in 2022, UNSW will use your highest LAT score in the selection process. Connecticut, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee, U.S. Virgin Islands and Vermont.
