How to Plan for Start-Up and Legal & Ethical Steps

Moving forward, the Department of Information Technology is hosting a webinar on «How to Plan Start-ups and Legal and Ethical Steps» on March 11, 2022 from 10:00 to 11:30. The keynote speaker for this webinar is Mr. Saurab Patel, founder of Vajre India Technologies, the fastest growing product-based IT company that manufactures defense and renewable energy products. Mr. Saurabh Patel was also honoured by the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defence for his modernised work in the defence sector. He has expertise in programming paradigms such as DEVOPS, cloud computing, cybersecurity and many others, which has led him to work with the world`s largest multinationals such as Samsung, Accenture and Harman International, etc. The goal of this webinar is to help students incubate the idea and turn it into a startup. And also to give advice to entrepreneurs and guide them on how to get seed capital, various grants and all the requirements to get started with the startup. The highlight of the session was the five legal mantras of openness and the legal structure of a company – trademarks, licenses, zoning laws, and relevant health and safety laws – as well as the fundamentals of startups, including their initiation, fundraising, and the legal and ethical aspects of startups.
