As head of the company`s calendar department, Karen oversees the team responsible for confirming the procedure the next day, launching new procedures and finding the best journalists for the job. She often works directly with paralegals, legal advisors and lawyers to better understand our clients` deposit service needs. Ms. White`s extensive professional experience in the communications and government sectors has helped make her an exceptional member of the company. Chip left his trademark practice in 1997 to devote himself full-time to providing high-quality litigation support services to law firms. He has built Henderson Legal Services into a leading national court reporter agency with a client list that includes virtually every major law firm in Washington, D.C. and across the country. As Vice President of Major Accounts, Kathy brings over 20 years of business development experience to Henderson Legal Services, including a successful career in legal recruitment, litigation support software and filing services. A former LiveNote certified trainer®, she has experience helping lawyers streamline and manage the filing process in a cost-effective manner. Its portfolio of activities is comprised of senior litigators and case managers from across the country.
As Vice President of Client Services, Nan brings over 20 years of experience in court reporter and legal recruitment to Henderson Legal Services. Nan is responsible for following up on our largest files and the filing needs of many of our major clients. Since 2005, she has led the AWP National Litigation, a highly complex multiparty litigation group involving nearly every major pharmaceutical company, hundreds of law firms, and various state and federal government agencies. She has coordinated approximately 2,000 proceedings that take place both internationally and in almost every state, provided excellent testimonials and process services, and integrated the latest process technologies. Ken brings over 25 years of management, business development and professional services experience to Henderson Legal clients. Ken maintains close relationships with high-level litigators across the country, helping them make their lives easier when it comes to managing complex, multi-party cross-border cases. Ken has played an important role in major mergers and acquisitions. He holds a BS in Business Administration from West Virginia University. Gary has extensive knowledge of all court reporter processes and technologies, working closely with government, large and small businesses around the world. He graduated from Virginia Tech. In this strategic role, Olivia provides the HLS team with hands-on expertise in a variety of critical functions, including human resources, financial systems, and marketing.
Prior to joining the Henderson team, Olivia worked at the White House, the Treasury Department and the American Association of Automobile Manufacturers. She holds a degree in political science from the University of Virginia and is a SHRM certified professional. As President, Scot brings over 25 years of leadership and management experience to Henderson Legal Services. As COO, Matt brings over a decade of management experience to the company. As the supervisor of the company`s day-to-day operations, he strives to ensure that we exceed our customers` expectations in all areas. In addition, Matt plays a major role in the financial management of Henderson Legal Services, including billing. Mr. Bieber received his degree in Business Management from James Madison University. As Senior Director of our Production and Information Technology divisions, Brock brings to Henderson Legal Services over 20 years of experience in legal, litigation and IT. His knowledge ranges from software and process technologies to various requirements of federal and local courts.
Mr. Rones holds a BS in Information Technology as well as certifications in various computer science disciplines. Doug was founding president of the Federal Circuit Bar Association, founder of the ITC Trial Lawyers Association, founder of the Court of Federal Claims Bar Association, member of the American Bar Association`s House of Delegates, and board member of the District of Columbia Bar Association and Intellectual Property Owners Education Foundation. He has also served on the advisory boards of LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell and George Washington University School of Law, as well as on the advisory boards of the U.S. Federal Court of Claims. Scot works directly with senior litigators and case managers across the country to help them effectively manage complex cross-border cases. It promotes the innovative use of technical applications to streamline the discovery process, including the use of audio/video streaming technologies, searchable online repositories, exposure hyperlinks in transcripts, and video-to-transcription synchronization. He holds a BS in Business Management from Virginia Tech and a Master`s degree in Consulting and Psychology from Trinity International University. Gary has 20 years of successful leadership experience.

As President and CEO of Henderson Legal Services and a graduate of George Washington University School of Law, Chip brings a combined 20 years of experience in intellectual property practice and court reporter.
