She completed her dual studies in Law and Business Administration with honors in Corporate Law at Jodhpur National Law University. She started her career at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas (formerly Amarchand Mangaldas Suresh A Shroff & Co) and joined Citigroup in 2015. She led the Indian investment banking practice for Citigroup India before assuming a site manager role for the global law firm in Mumbai with around 80 lawyers supporting multiple banking products and geographies. Nidhi recently moved to Singapore and currently leads the investment banking legal team for ASEAN.
She plays an active role in community initiatives as well as training and development initiatives at Citi. She is co-chair of Citi`s Global Education Committee and has also served as a member of Citi India`s Diversity Board.
